One day I will come

One day, I will come
And to you, I will surrender my kingdom
Will ask my people to succumb
And will shout over the most gruesome
Valley of the town:
“Good morning! I brought you the sun.”

One day, I will guard the borders of our town with nothing
But your light.
I will leave a kick of rose scent to those
Who love to fight.
I will reveal how beautiful our gardens are
To the heartily blind.
To the politicians crawling behind my back
I will give green apples poisoned by Merlot wine.

I will wander around our town
And give chocolates to the kids.
I will let them know how much
Chocolate loves their teeth
And I will forget how much
Chocolate time is wasted.
Kids in our town are born with chocolate milk teeth.
Their souls are as playful as yours and mine.
And I will raise my arms and touch my sun
And I will taste it
And every trouble to come upon
I will face it
And every piece of land you shine at
I will chase it.
A man touching your light beams
Shall be sentenced to death!
There is no excuse for that
On the face of the earth!

One day, I will come
No matter how closed
The gates of human minds
Have become,
No matter how far away their hearts
Have long gone,
And for how many imbeciles
I must fake a smile
And with how many filthy men
I must be reconciled.
One day, I will come
And will bring to my town
The sun.

In my town
No tree is cut to make calendars
No metal is shaped to make clocks.
My people should work hard and throughout the night
Unless they treat the black and brown the same as the white.
I am a fair king but
I will need you to bring them the light.

The people of my town, they live in my heart.
Some of them are fools and some are smart.
Some of them are scientists and some enjoy art.
Some of them are white, some black, and some swart.
One loves the sun. He is your brave heart.
Without you, he would have fallen apart.
It was dark, but you came mightily
And brought in the light.
Wistful, we are apart.
I will come as soon as the maggot-minded lords free me
But when I come
I would water every sad flower I tamed.
I would re-color every faded canvas in our town.
I would give a real smile to my clown.
I would slow down
And would look around.
I would step down
From my undefeated ministry of lies.
I would melt down
The ministry of time
And would enjoy my time since then
With the rhyme of my lovely sun.

Before that
If I couldn’t fly
Please forgive me.
If I told you a lie
Please forgive me.
If I didn’t say hi
Or I was too dry
If I couldn’t die for you
Please forgive me.
If I couldn’t tell you all the truth
Please forgive me.
If I couldn’t give you all my youth
Please forgive me.
If I couldn’t kiss you
Please forgive me.

One day, I will come
And will bring to the town
My beautiful lovely sun
And then, I will kiss you
Warmer than your fire
And I will please you
And I will tease you
As much as you admire
Me, and I will only wish
That you always desire
Me.

Long live the fair king and his queen
It happened as it was well foreseen.
All the people of the town are now gone
Gathered over and around the greater crown.
Some say it’s their daughter, some say it’s their son.
No trouble if no one can foretell.

The era of a monarch has begun.
